Escape to Suffolk with Dottie Maie on Saturday 11th March ~ for a slow, nourishing and creative morning celebrating Motherhood ~ at the beautiful Retreat East.
It will be a lovely opportunity to gather with friends, enjoy a delicious breakfast, be creative with a beautiful floral workshop by Katrina, Flora’s Mother and celebrate motherhood together.

On arrival we welcome guests in The Great Barn ~ a chance to say hello, make yourselves comfortable and settle in for a slow morning.
Guests will enjoy a nourishing breakfast prepared for us by Retreat East, using fresh ingredients from the Garden Kitchen and local Suffolk suppliers.
After restoring ourselves, we will head into the Rose Room for a lovely creative floral workshop with Katrina from Flora’s Mother. Guests will be gently guided to create their own beautiful spring floral arrangement ~ inspired by nature & working with seasonal flowers. Guests will be able to take their gorgeous creations home with them to brighten up their homes.
During the workshop guests are encouraged to make themselves comfortable with tea, coffee and fresh water available throughout.
We will offer a time to stop for a breather, enjoy tea and delicious cake ~ sometimes it’s nice to take a step back from being so immersed in creative workshops. After our tea break, guests will have the time to create a sweet little posy of flowers to enjoy at home too. These make lovely gifts for yourself, friends or family.
We aim to finish the morning around 12:30pm.
Retreat East is in such a lovely location of Suffolk, surrounded by beautiful nature. Guests may wish to explore to the local village of Coddenham with a gentle walk across the fields. And some may wish to stay on for a delicious lunch too.
We cannot wait to connect with you for a creative day in the countryside.

FINER DETAILS:
On this occasion we ask that guests please arrange childcare and allow themselves to take the time out. We would love for everyone to be present, treat themselves to a beautiful morning out surrounded by other mothers & enjoy being able to be creative in the floral workshop too.
We understand that this may be difficult for some Mothers ~ little babies in slings are welcome (please do notify us). On this occasion we do not have space for prams, and for safety reasons during the workshop children are not permitted.
A pre order will be required for your breakfast of choice & a hot drink ~ see the images & email your choices to rebecca@dottiemaie.com no later than 24th February.
