SHIPPING UPDATE:
Due to working around our small family, we post your lovely orders around twice a week. Please bare this in mind when ordering, if you require anything sooner please email rebecca@dottiemaie.com and we will be more than happy to help. 
At present we are working to find the best solution to posting Internationally. We thank you for your patience and plan to have our international shipping options back very shortly. 
We recommend to post any items over £30 with tracked or courier service. (See more info below)

BREXIT - Info for EU-based clients:

As of the 1st January 2021 UK is no longer be part of the European Union. There might be some shipping delays caused by extra customs checks.

Each order sent to EU countries (including Northern Ireland) will be liable for customs, duties and clearance fees. Clients will be responsible to cover all the extra charges. We strongly advise to check all details on your country's government website prior to purchasing.

If you refuse your parcel or the storage limit expires in customs without payment and it is sent back to us a restock fee of £25 will be taken off your refund or you will be charged to reship your order.

UK
Items are sent out by Royal Mail tracked 24 and will aim to arrive the next working day, although this is not a guaranteed service. 

REST OF THE WORLD
We ship worldwide. International prices for shipping vary. Please note some countries including  EU may be liable for customs charges, VAT and import tax above a certain amount. Please check the rules for your own country for further details. You will be liable for these charges as they are out of our control.
We recommend to post any items over £30 with tracked or courier service.

Royal Mail International Standard is untracked service and it takes from 5-20 days to arrive depending on destination.  This service is very reliable, but we CAN NOT guarantee 100% delivery. 
Royal Mail Tracked is tracked service. It takes from 5-10 days to arrive depending on destination. 
Courier service is tracked all the way, much faster and signed for. It normally takes from 2-10 days to arrive anywhere in the world.
